Plot in a Nutshell: The creator of an anti-missile system is replaced by a robot in order to steal the device.
Story Summary: Our villains, Dr. Dolenz and Gavern Wilson, are watching a body builder attempt but fail to lift weights over his head. The body builder steps aside and the robot, Maskatron, is brought in to lift the weight himself. He lifts it over his head with one hand.

"Ha! That body builder looks like an idiot now!
Maskatron will be used to replace Major Frederick Sloan in order to steal the anti-missile system Sloan invented.

Fear me.
Meanwhile, Steve and the real Major Sloan are briefed by Oscar on the trip they will take to the ordnance testing center to test Sloans new anti-missile system. They will be bringing along the activator card that is needed to make the system work.
As they drive to the testing center, Sloan becomes sick to his stomach. They pull over at a gas station where, while Steve fills the car with gas, Sloan is abducted and replaced by Maskatron.

Which is the real Major Sloan? Can YOU tell the difference?
Steve and Maskatron hit the road while Dolenz and Wilson monitor the trip. Maskatron is driving and he has a problem with his foot, resulting in him driving much too slow. Steve comments on this and Maskatron compensates and ends up driving much too fast, resulting in the car driving off the road into a ditch.
Steve lifts the front end of the car out of the ditch and then watches in amazement as Maskatron lifts the back end of the car.

Maskatron always has to be better than everyone else.
And Now a Word from our Sponsors
That evening, Steve slips out of the hotel room to call Oscar from a pay phone. Dolenz and Wilson, believing that Steve is on to them, resolve to take care of Austin the next day.
Morning comes and Maskatron is driving while the bad guys follow in a car and a helicopter. They use a planted explosive to blow out a tire on Steve's car. When Steve gets out to check the tire, Maskatron knocks Steve out, takes the activator card, and leaves for the testing center with one of the bad guys.
Steve comes around just in time to see another bad guy shoot at him. He rolls out of the way and then kicks the car over onto the bad guy, presumably flattening him.

"No! I don't want to die a horrific crushing death!"
The guy in the helicopter then chases Steve around a field until Steve ducks into some trees.

"He'll never spot me in here."
Maskatron makes it to the testing facility and steals the activator box. As he's about to escape, Steve catches him and the fight begins.
At first, Maskatron gets the upperhand:

But Steve soon figures out how to turn the tables:

And Maskatron is defeated...

...with the help of a steel girder:

The End.
