Plot in a Nutshell: A spy plane goes down in Katara, Africa and Steve is sent to retrieve the secret film on board.
Story Summary: Spy plane pilot Josh Perkins is flying over Katara taking secret spy pictures of the scenic countryside from a rickety single-prop airplane when it starts to lose power. Rather than report his position and bail out, he inexplicably chooses to rattle off some code numbers that never figure into the plot and then crash into the countryside.

"Stand by for coded message: 4, 8, 15, 23, 42. Hey, is that a hatch down there?"
The military calls on Oscar Goldman's "Special Man" to go into Katara and get the pictures out. Steve is to fly out of Nairobi to Katara and from there parachute to the last known location of the spy plane. Before his plane out of Nairobi can leave, he is attacked by the Katari army. As the plane takes off, bombs explode everywhere but on the strip of land the plane is on.

"Missed 'em by THAT much."
Steve parachutes in but is spotted by a local farmer and suddenly we're watching an episode of "The Little Rascals."

"O-tay!"
The farmer sends his son to inform the local soldiers of the "parachutist," as Steve meets two nuns who take him back to their mission in the woods. Soon, the kid reaches the soldiers and the soldiers set out to find Steve.
The nuns take Steve down to their cellar, and he finds Josh alive but with an injured leg. They head to Josh's plane, with Steve wheeling the injured Josh in a cart, and suddenly we're watching an episode of the "Benny Hill Show."
And Now a Word from our Sponsors
Steve eyes the crashed spy plane and surmises it can be fixed and flown out of the country. They'll use parts from an old truck at the nun's mission.
Meanwhile, the soldiers come knocking on the nun's door.

"Pip, pip, cheerio and all that. I say, is it quite tea-time, yet? I'm simply parched."
The nuns tell them nothing and they eventually leave, but a spy stays behind hidden in the trees to see if anything suspicious happens. Upon returning to the mission, Steve spots the spy and knocks him out cold.
As Steve gathers parts and prepares them for the plane engine, the farmers kid releases the soldier and they escape.
The next morning, Josh and the nuns head for the plane. Steve runs ahead and gets it running again. Everyone crowds in the plane as Steve clears some of the surrounding brush for take-off.
The soldiers arrive at the plane but Steve holds them off by tossing rocks at them.

"Sticks and stones will break your bones..."
Steve jumps in the plane and they fly away.
The End.
How Did You Do That Quote:
Josh: "Man, nobody can run that fast. What are you, anway?"
Steve: "What's your security clearance?"
Josh: "What? What's that got to do with it? I'm a five."

Josh: "What I want to know is, how did you get that engine out of there?"

Sister Annett: "How did you get here?"
Sister Terese: "We left before you."

Move your mouse over Steve to see his answer.

Final Thoughts: Not a bad episode, but a seeming step backward after the awesome slow motion bionic scenes of "Day of the Robot." Good for some laughs, though.
